CHEF KIRK BAILEY

"I believe that one of the keys to healthy living is through nutrition. One of the keys to happily living is through delicious food. Why can't we have both?"

After earning a culinary degree from the International Culinary Center in New York City, formally known as the French Culinary Center, Chef Kirk quickly found himself in one of New York’s Michelin starred restaurants, Blue Hill.

 

From there he became an executive chef at Vekslers, a new restaurant in Brooklyn. Because he was able to have creative control over the menu, an entrepreneurial spirit began brewing.

 

After a year and a half, Kirk began working for a prominent family as a personal chef and found himself in beautiful Santa Barbara.
